Finances

We are in the process of becoming in-network with a number of insurances through Alma, which we hope to have completed in the next 2 months. 


Currently, our out-of-pocket rates are as follows: 


Children/teens (Ages 11-17) 


Initial evaluation 

$750

This fee includes: 

Prep work prior to the meeting including reviewing intake paperwork and past lab work

A 45 minute virtual meeting with parent(s) prior to the in-person appointment

An in-person 45 minute evaluation with the patient

A  45 minute virtual discussion afterwards with parents about findings and the plan 

An individualized treatment plan that may include lab work, lifestyle & nutritional recommendations & prescription medications.


Followup evaluation 

$250

This fee includes: 

Prep work prior to the meeting including reviewing lab values and followup paperwork 

 45 minutes of consultation time - a combination of time with Dr Knox speaking with parents alone, with patient alone, and/or with family altogether

Initial evaluation 

$500

This fee includes: 

Prep work prior to the meeting including reviewing  intake paperwork and past lab work

A 90 minute in-person appointment 

An individualized treatment plan that may include lab work, lifestyle recommendations, prescription medications and/or nutritional supplement recommendations. 


Follow-up evaluation

$250

This fee includes: 

Prep work prior to the meeting including reviewing lab values and followup paperwork 

A 45 minute in-person or virtual appointment

If after watching the video you realize I may not be the right fit for your current needs—I completely understand, and I’m genuinely sorry I can’t offer more at this time. 


As a mom with young kids, my practice is intentionally limited right now so I can balance work and family life. (I’m hoping that in a few years—once no one needs help finding their shoes every single morning—I’ll be able to expand the care I offer.)
